課程概述

本課程以台、美、歐盟之法制為本,介紹食品安全衛生管制涉及的重要議題。 

課程目標
瞭解食品安全衛生管制的國內外法制,具備分析食品安全衛生管制議題之能力 
課程要求
1. 每週指定文獻閱讀,並參與課堂討論
2. 負責一次指定文獻報告及預定撰寫期末報告題目之資料蒐集
3. 期末主題報告(原則一萬字)
